
Ellen Reinhard
Ellen is an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Zurich with experience in the Industrial Goods sector (including HVAC building systems) and Telecommunications. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from ETH Zurich and a Master of Architecture from MIT, focusing her thesis on sustainable urban development through adaptive reuse of Switzerland’s aging nuclear power plants. While at MIT, she worked as a research at the Sustainable Design Lab, supporting the publication of “Climate-Driven Design I” and assisting with the introductory Net-Zero Buildings course.
Before BCG, Ellen contributed to zero-emission transport projects at The Boring Company and supported the design of efficient, large-scale university designs at Herzog & de Meuron, emphasizing her dedication to sustainability and innovative environmental strategies.
